The Gallagher Firm knows Fort Worth. I am local and plan to stay that way.
I exclusively represent Tarrant County residential property owners, and limit my practice to Tarrant County because that gives my firm, and my clients, an edge when it comes to property tax protests. Keeping my practice local ensures that the firm’s approach to obtaining and maintaining market knowledge of residential properties and values in Tarrant County is focused, strategic, and thoughtful.
When you hire The Gallagher Firm to protest your property tax, I will personally prepare a proprietary evidentiary packet containing my custom analysis and argument to present before the Appraisal Review Board at Tarrant Appraisal District. I know what information is most important to the ARB and TAD when it comes to value reduction, and fight to ensure that you are only paying taxes on what your home is truly worth.
The charge for this service is a one-time flat-fee. If I am unable to provide a reduction of at least 2.4% of the Appraised Value of the subject property (being the value that actually affects your tax liability), I will represent you the following year for free.* (restrictions apply) It’s as simple as that.

* This guarantee only applies to those properties for which my firm filed the Notice of Protest with TAD and which have a Proposed Market Value that is no more than 110% of Proposed Appraised Value. The guarantee does not apply to any year in which a fee was not paid.
