We exclusively represent Tarrant County residential property owners, and we limit our practice to Tarrant County because that gives us, and our clients, an edge when it comes to property tax protests. Keeping our practice local ensures that we have a focused and thoughtful approach to obtaining and maintaining market knowledge of residential properties and values in Tarrant County. To date, The Gallagher Firm has successfully reduced appraised values in over 94% of the cases it has taken.

When you hire The Gallagher Firm to protest your property value, we will prepare a custom analysis and argument to present before the Appraisal Review Board at Tarrant Appraisal District. We use the information provided by TAD, the MLS, our professional contacts, and you.

The charge for this service is a one-time flat-fee. If we are unable to provide a reduction of at least 2.4% of the appraised value of the subject property, we will represent you the following year for free. It’s as simple as that.
