Hi, I’m Melissa…
The Gallagher Firm knows Fort Worth. I am local and plan to stay that way.
I exclusively represent Tarrant & Parker County residential property owners, and limit my practice to these counties because that gives my firm, and my clients, an edge when it comes to property tax protests. Keeping my practice local ensures that the Firm’s approach to obtaining and maintaining market knowledge of residential properties and values in Tarrant & Parker Counties is focused, strategic, and thoughtful.
When you hire The Gallagher Firm to protest your property tax, I will personally prepare a proprietary evidentiary packet containing my custom analysis and argument to present before the Appraisal Review Board at Tarrant or Parker Appraisal District. I know what information is most important to the ARB and the Appraisal District when it comes to value reduction, and fight to ensure that you are only paying taxes on what your home is truly worth.
The charge for this service for Tarrant County properties is a one-time flat-fee per protest. If I am unable to provide a reduction of at least 2% of the Appraised Value of the subject property (being the value that actually affects your tax liability), I will represent you the following year for free (restrictions apply).
The charge for this service for Parker County properties is a one-time contingent fee per protest, charged upon final resolution of the case, of 35% of estimated tax savings using an estimated 1.54% combined tax rate (e.g. a reduction of $25,000 x 1.54% = $385 estimated tax savings; the fee being 35% of that = $134.75).
It’s as simple as that.
