Submitting this form will redirect you to DocuSign, where you can electronically sign Texas Form 50-162: Appointment of Agent for Property Tax Matters and the 2022 Property Tax Representation Agreement.
Signing Form 50-162 and the 2022 Property Tax Representation Agreement and submitting payment will designate The Gallagher Firm PLLC as your agent for property tax matters.
If you selected the option for the Firm to file an exemption application on your behalf, please note that you will need to upload a photograph of your current Texas Driver’s License, with the Subject Property address reflected thereon, to complete this registration. Please, have this photograph ready for upload before submitting your information.
The Gallagher Firm will file the protest on your behalf. There is no need for you to file a protest or communicate directly with Tarrant Appraisal District.
If you receive any correspondence from TAD after submitting this form, please upload said correspondence to your Client Folder* and notify The Gallagher Firm.
